Print Shop - Buyer Terms & Conditions

1. Custom-Made Products

All prints are custom-made to order by independent artists. Each print is produced specifically for your order and is not pre-made inventory.

• Prints are created after you place your order
• Production begins within 24 hours of payment
• Each print is made to your selected specifications (size, paper type, etc.)
• Artists use professional museum-quality materials

2. Pricing & Payment

VAT-Exclusive Pricing System:

We use a transparent VAT-exclusive pricing model (industry standard - like Etsy, Saatchi Art, Redbubble).

What You Pay:

• Print Price: Base price set by the artist (shown on product page)
• Platform Commission: 20% of print price (added at checkout)
• VAT: Charged ONLY on platform commission (if applicable based on your location)
• Shipping Fee: Based on your location (Domestic, Regional, or International)

Payment Processing:

• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is charged immediately when you complete your order
• Prices displayed in Euros (€) - Stripe handles currency conversion automatically

3. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "My Orders"
3. Find the order you want to cancel
4. Click the "Cancel Order" button (only visible within 24 hours)
5. Confirm cancellation

4. Returns & Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of every print.

Accepted Return Reasons:

• Quality Defects: Poor print quality, incorrect colors, blurry images
• Shipping Damage: Print arrived damaged, bent, or torn
• Wrong Item: Received wrong print, wrong size, or wrong paper type

NOT Accepted Return Reasons:

• Changed your mind after 24 hours
• Print doesn't match your room decor
• Found a cheaper alternative
• Minor color variations due to screen calibration

How to Report Quality Issues:

1. Contact the artist within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of the quality issue
3. Artist will review and respond within 48 hours
4. Resolution: Reprint or full refund (artist's choice)

Return Shipping:

• Quality issues: Artist covers return shipping
• Buyer's remorse: Not eligible for return after 24 hours

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:

• New artists: 5-7 business days to print and ship
• Established artists: May ship faster (check product page)
• Tracking number provided when order ships

Shipping Time:

• Domestic: 2-5 business days
• Regional: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-21 business days

Tracking:

• You'll receive an email when your order ships
• Tracking link included in shipping notification
• Track your order in "My Orders" section

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a print:

• You own the physical print only
• The artist retains all copyright to the artwork
• You may NOT reproduce, copy, or resell the artwork
• Personal use only (display in your home or office)

7. Disputes & Support

Issues with your order?

1. First: Contact the artist directly (contact info in your order confirmation)
2. If unresolved: Contact MPCCS support at contact@minimalistphotographers.com
3. We will mediate: And help resolve the dispute fairly

Platform Responsibility:

• MPCCS facilitates transactions between buyers and artists
• Artists are independent sellers responsible for print quality
• We assist with disputes but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
