This privacy policy is applicable to the Passepartout – Photo Borders app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, which was developed by Milad Safabakhsh (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

The Application does not require any registration or account creation. The Service Provider does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. All image processing, including adding mats, frames, and signatures, is performed locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers.

The Application itself does not collect usage data. However, the Application utilizes third-party services (specifically Google AdMob) which may automatically collect certain information to serve advertisements. This information may include the type of mobile device you use, your device’s unique advertising ID, your IP address, and your operating system.

This Application does not gather precise GPS information about the location of your mobile device.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Service Provider does not sell or share personal data with third parties because no personal data is collected. Anonymized and aggregated data may be processed by third-party service providers to facilitate advertisements and ensure app stability.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device.
What is the data retention policy?
The Service Provider does not store your data on external servers. Any data created within the app (such as your saved signature) is stored locally in the Application’s private storage on your device. This data is removed when you uninstall the Application.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided any information, it will be deleted immediately. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since all processing is local, your photos and signatures remain under your physical control on your device.
